How We Operate
Living Sent Ministries, Inc. is a nonprofit religious public benefit corporation. As such, Living Sent Ministries is organized exclusively for charitable purpose within the meaning of section 501 (c) 3 of the Internal Revenue Code. The ministry is exempt from federal income taxes and is eligible to receive tax deductible contributions under section 170 of the Code. Our Employer Identification Number is 27-0765739. Copies of our Incorporation Documents, including our IRS approval letter, are available for review at the Ministry office.
Living Sent Ministries is a membership organization that is governed by a board of directors (see Leadership Section of this website). Guided by the Holy Spirit, the board of directors sets policy for the Ministry and actively participates in ministry meetings and activities.
